A photographic book featuring residences that once belonged, or still belong, to the House of Arenberg.

The accompanying texts explain their history and their connection with the Arenberg family.

The first part describes the main family residences, namely the Ducal Palace in Brussels and the castles of Enghien and Heverlee. The interiors of these residences illustrate the lifestyle of aristocratic families in the 19th and 20th centuries.

The second part provides a more concise overview of around fifty properties belonging to the Arenberg family in nine European countries throughout the centuries.
